My husband and I had both grown up with family dogs, Sadie a Brittany Spaniel, and I with Max a Black Lab. Once we married we found our dog Beau, a pure bred Golden Retriever, who has since passed. It was during my first pregnancy that I developed allergies, both environmental and most unfortunately to our beloved dog Beau. We had to rehome Beau which was not only devastating to myself but to our son Quinn. It was in our search for our next family companion that we stumbled across the Multigenerational Australian Labradoodle. It seemed too good to be true, a dog bred for its “allergy/asthma friendly” traits (low to non-shedding coat), who possessed an intelligent, kindhearted and gentle disposition, not to mention the most adorable face. This is where the Coulee Doodle story began, KayCee came to us from Tegan Park in Seasray, Australia, she is much, much more than we could have ever hoped for.
